I saw this book in the making, and heard the stories how the cat attacked the paper models. Finally the book was complete. Antje and Oliver made such a beautiful and delicate book that I am almost afraid to touch it.

This time I bought the catalogue for the drawings and not because it was designed by Wim Crouwel. Funnily enough it is also displayed in the Design Museum in Breda, not that it would make me like it more.

I saw this book posted on Design Observer, it is a collection of 132 letters of complaint written to the Mayor of New York between 1751 and 1969. I liked the idea of this book so much I ordered two. I gave one away and the other I keep sealed.

Although there are hundreds of publications about Miro, I always find it hard to find one that I really like. The more popular the artist the harder to find the perfect monograph, unless you are looking for something with a gloss laminated cover that pulls at the corners, filled with full bleed images stretched to the format of the book.
