I found this book sandwiched between some moldy National Geographics. I have never seen a wooden book before. Its poor condition was even more of a reason to rescue it.

I reread this book because we were going to interview Robert Bringhurst for Typeradio. I should read it every year. After meeting him in person I was in awe, and he has a beautiful voice – think Johnny Cash ‘The man comes round’.
